Over the past two decades, we have lived from North Carolina to California, from Michigan to Texas and many other states across this country. As in all industries, it is a disheartening fact that the level of service in the United Atate is declining for a variety of reasons. This seems especially true in the real estate industry where a majority of the agents are simply not knowledgeable, lack imagination, and have no personal or communication skills.
